1/ You agree, through your use of this forum that you will be respectful of all members AND STAFF . you agree that you will not post any comments  about ANY member that are  false, abusive, insulting, harassing, racist , threatening or invasive of any members privacy , this applies also to any member or staff . ANY MEMBER ABUSING ANOTHER MEMBER OR CONTRARY TO THE RULES LAID OUT ABOVE OR BELOW MAY BE ISSUED WITH  A TEMPORARY BAN OR VERY SERIOUS ABUSE MAY RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC LIFETIME BAN . we stress we dont want to be banning anyone , so we ask our members please dont force us to take this action .we hope to remain a ban free forum , with a free flow of posts and information . for this very reason we have only just the few forum rules listed here and below .as its our fervent desire to have a friendly and open forum where all can feel comfortable in posting their views , and with a free flow of information where everyone is free to post and comment and offer their views on topics posted whether they are opposing or in agreement . we welcome all view points here , as long as they are offered in a friendly and respectful manner as laid out in our rules .

2/ WE WOULD IDEALLY PREFER THAT PEOPLE USE THEIR REAL NAME AS THEIR USERNAME WHERE EVER POSSIBLE , HOWEVER  ALIASES  ARE ALLOWED .

3/ as with any forum SPAM IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY WAY . intentional spammers will be banned IMMEDIATELY . this includes spam posted on the open forum or in chatbox  .  it includes sending members unsollicited PMs containing spam . members can  post links to pictures , articles , videos and anything INCLUDING TOPICS ON OTHER SITES relating TO THE TOPIC BEING DISCUSSED . however anyone caught directing members to OTHER forums for the purpose of spamming or poaching of members WILL BE BANNED .

4/ we operate a STRICT policy ONE MEMBER ONE ACCOUNT . if you have any problems accessing the site or your account dont try to open another account , please contact the admin at the following email address

if you feel that your account may have been compromised please contact an admin immediately . likewise if you receive unsolicited spam via pm please contact an admin immediately . we the admin would advise our members never to use their username as their password also . make your password as long as possible with both letters and numbers , and never give your login details to anyone .
